The Challenging Walks Group meets on the third Friday of each month for an 8 to 10 mile walk in Leicestershire. Many of our walks are centred around the Charnwood Forest but we also enjoy walking further afield in the county.

As a group, we share the responsibility of planning and leading the walks and each month a different member organises a walk. We currently have 16 members in the group and we would be happy to welcome new members up to a maximum of 20 people.

Group members dogs are welcome to join walks provided that they are kept on a lead and under close control for the duration of the walk.
