The Yoga Class has moved from the 4 th September to the brand new Savoy Room extension at the Anstey Parish Council Offices, Jubilee Hall, Stadon Road, Anstey LE7 7AY. The room is large and airy with a view over the Recreation Ground, and underfloor heating for the colder months. There are limited parking spaces on the forecourt and unrestricted parking is available along Stadon Road and the surrounding side roads, the Co-Op car park on Cropston Road is a short walk away. The classes are held every Wednesday morning from 10:00 - 11:00, doors open at 09:45. The fee is currently £6 per class but can vary according
to attendance. Payment is by contactless debit/credit card on the door. Members receive an email reminder every Monday which confirms the class fee payable.

The classes are suitable for both beginners and the more experienced. The emphasis is on improving and maintaining flexibility, balance and core strength, breathing practise and self-awareness. All poses are adaptable and our teacher, Geoff, will demonstrate alternatives for anyone with reduced mobility or problems with hips, knees etc. The atmosphere is very relaxed and informal and guaranteed to make you feel pleasantly stretched and stress-free by the end of the session! Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, I do have a spare available if required.
