We meet on the first Tuesday of the month from 2 to 3.30 pm in each other’s homes to share views on that month’s book, drink tea & coffee and eat biscuits in a relaxed atmosphere.

None of us are experts, we just like trying something new and having our reading matter extended. We select our book lists jointly from a variety of sources, such as Booker Prize nominations or authors one of us has read and recommends. We set ourselves the challenge of reading at least one classic a year, though most of what we read is contemporary fiction.
